To understand this, the LCA bushings seized causing you to not be able to aligne your car? So you bought a whole new subframe? When you said the whole subframe did you mean it came with the LCA? What I want to know is are you keeping the stock LCA? Oh and is this the front or rear we're talking about?

I know there's 2 bolts per side right where the trailing arm bushings an 1 per side on top of the springs.

Tell you what....if all you need is a control arm, I'd say keep looking and just get that part. Replacing a rear sub-frame can be a nasty job when a bunch of bolts are frozen in, which is normal. Not to mention.....that's usually a two-person job that usually requires a floor jack at least.
