getting a whole new setup

the suspension kit on the car if crap and it rides like a covered wagon doing 70mph on a rocky road and i cant take a speed bump at more than 0.5mph or it'll drop hard and bottom out...i think the shocks are all blown too cuz the drivers front sits 3/4 of an inch lower than the other which causes it to camber out so it pulls a little to the right...weird i know. so i think im gonna go with the SVT style suspension from steeda.com which is only 275$$$!!! Includes Springs, Shocks, Struts, & Swaybar. Lowers vehicle approximately 1/2 inch. so does anyone own this? for feedback. and if there is any kit that is at this price and is a good kit lemme know so i can check them out too

can u see what im talking about?

Shocks (non adjustable ones) rarely effect ride height so don't use that as a gauge to determine if a shock is bad or not. Springs determine ride height for the most part.

as far as i know the struts are stock its just got adjustable ride height on the springs. sooo couls this just be a bad spring? and thats all i need to replace...cuz if it is i'll just replace all the springs to ones that arent adjustable....or if the SVT style is just smarter to go with i'll do that. BUT the big problem is...the car is bouncing around too much on bumps and my father took a ride with me to see what i was talking about and he thinks everything is almost blown and its just riding on the springs basically

Do you have those cheap ebay coilovers on your car?
If so, that is your problem........
Either get the svt setup, or if you want an even better setup get the eibach pro kit.

Adjustable ride height is usually accomplished by a threaded sleeve on the shock body. You simply screw the threaded sleeve up or down to adjust ride height. Regardless of this the shock can still fail (no dampening capability which it appears you are experiencing) and still not affect the ride height. Quality springs rarely fail. What brand name springs and shocks do you have?
