Ok, where is this piece at?

Ok, so Ive been asking why my rear end is so squeaky. And i have had many people say that its the ebrake cable where it runs through the body. So my question is, where is the spot Im looking for? Sorry the pics are so bad, all I have right now is my cell. Thanks for the help.

See that cable running through the lower control arm in the bottom picture? That's the emergency brake cable. Just follow it to where it enters the body.

The cable is actuated by a spring I believe.

Well I dont know, If the last pic is what everyone is talking about... the sheathing around the cable is perfectly intact... could this still be the source of the very annoying squeak?
