its really gonna be determined by your spring rates and your level of comfort.

I am running Apex springs (150front/200rear) and eibach sways. Around town and in the mtns, I run mine at 2 front and 5 rear. I was at 1 front 3 or 4 rear, but bumped it up a tad.

My set up keeps the car very neutral, so for an autoX run I usually bump the rears up a little more than the fronts to try and get more rotation out of the rear.

I have the AGX's and Intrax springs, which I think are in the high 200/low 300 spring rate range.
FSB is 22mm, RSB 28.6mm. On the street I run at damper settings 2F/4R, track 2F/6R, AX 2F,8R.
I've tried running softer on the street, but it's too low a damping setting for the spring rate and doesn't feel right at all.

I run 1 and 1 during normal daily driving. I used to run 3 and 5 but my car bounced up and down like Pam Anderson on Bay Watch. It's still pretty bouncy but fun as well. If you take it on a road trip you'll definitely want to run 1 and 1. Track, I'd say 3 and 5. But you'll definitely want the rears the stiffest.

I haven't tried it yet, but my good friend wants me to try 3 in both front, 6 in the right rear, and 5 in the left rear.

Oh, and I have Vogtland violets which are a 1.6" drop. I can't recall the rates off the top of my head. But I also run stock 21mm front and rear sway bar. It's okay in turns, but I'm upgrading to at least as 24mm.

For daily driving, I'd run the fronts at 2 and the rears at 4.

For auto-x, I'd turn the front down to 1 and crank the rears to 8.

I used the AGX's with Eibach Pro springs and H&R 24mm sways. That focus turned like a slot car and still had a decent ride.
