Popping noise

So for about two weeks now there has been a slight popping noise coming from the rear of the car while in motion and when the brake is first applied. It does not pop if the car is stopped and the brake is applied. Only when in motion. There are not any other noises or alarming things. The brakes work fine. I recently replaced the pads and rotors and have pressure bled the system three times now so there is no air or anything in the system. I put anti-seize on the caliper retaining bolts in both the front and rear to see if that would do anything and there is no difference. I also recently installed a Focussport Rear Stress bar. I don't see how that would make any difference but who knows. Any ideas?

Was it making the noise before the installation of the strut bar? If not, it could be the culprit.

Ya know I can't really remember. I mean it could be but I am not sure. I did the brake pads and rotors and tried to vacuum bleed the system. The vacuum bleeder did not do its job very well and I ended up buying a pressure bleeder from FS which did a much better job. I don't remember when the noise started but it seems to be coming from both the front and rear at times. Sometimes the front and sometimes the rear. How would the strut bar effect this? I would take it out but the thing is such a you know what to get in in the first place i just don't want to unless i have to.
