I use the full kit which is probably a little more bang for the buck since it can be had for just over the price of all the dampeners altogether. What do you want to know about it in particular?

It's a rather nice setup since it rides in your case probably exactly like stock, but once they are cranked up you can really turn and burn. It can be punishing in rough areas but you can just get out of the car and turn them down, or only turn them up for track days. I run mine in race mode nearly all the time.

It's a very high quality kit and I think you would get a kick out of it. However it probably will only drop you a quarter of an inch or so, whatever it is it won't be very noticeable.

if your not looking for a serious set-up i would just go with the Eibach pro-kit?

The pro kit wouldn't be much of an improvement over the SVT. If you just want good handling stick with SVT. If you want to be slammed get Sportlines and deal with a crap ride. If you want a good track setup just get the Koni kit or H&R.
