Road noise very loud

I have a 05 zx4 with 205 50 r16 tires which are new at 35000 mi, when you are accelerating or driving down the road the noise is really bad ,real bad about 50 mph and there is this high pitch vibration in the stiring wheel. but the noise goes away for just a second when you take your foot off the gas or going down a hill. someone told me it might be wheel bearings. any help would be great, thanks.

actually sounds like the vacuum located in the front left behind the front fender (connected to the intake).Do you have a short ram exhaust? The focus at around 50 will suck a huge amount of air and that can come loose and shake your steering collum. Not a hundred percent sure but check it out dude.
