You can order blanks and have them custom drilled, not cheap.

Rota does custom drilling but they will only do them as a group buy. Sucks ass that no one cares for the Focus.

the hubs are most likely off something else that can be adapted to mount the same as the fofo.

The rotors are blanks.

you can in fact use mazda3 parts, but unless you slowly peice together junkyard parts and such, your looking at about $1500 to convert to 5lug, then you have to buy wheels. Its cheaper to have custom wheels made, or run the oldschool fox mustang 17x8 or 17x9" wheels.

i dont know if this helps but common sense tells me it would be the same. ----- i got my rims offset shaved down at a rim shop. each wheel $20. my point is the same cnc macine they used to do this should be able to do the drilling on the hubs and disc from a 4 to a 5 bolt. the machine is the one u see on shows like occ where they make motorcycle rims with. i thought of this conversion too. not sure how much but dont think expensive, buy 4 spare focus hubs and rotors to do the work on, then swap on car. -----only scary part why i didnot do is u hope the man dialling in the specs for drilling on the machine gets it right. u wont find out until driving down the road if drilling is off center. by then u would have done all the work and bought 5 lug rims to only have to do it all over again or return and go back to 4 lug. to much down time. but if it works then exclusivity is what u would gain. and in my eyes thats what counts. good luck if u decide to do. obviously u have a good build crew for ur car. what an awesome setup it is already.

For the given bolt pattern, you cannot drill 5 holes if 4 holes already exist. You will weaken the hub to much. You have to use 'blank' hubs and have them drilled as trboescortgeorge describes. Try it yourself, get out your compass, draw a circle, quarter it with the lines representing the current 4 bolt pattern. Now try and draw 5 equidistant lines. If you can manage it, get a patent.
