oh yeah this is an oldie. if i remember correctly, he was the first one to do a V8 conversion on the focus...??????

One day I say one day, maybe I find a junker in a salvage yard and put a small block ford in it as well. Man that's gotta be a hell of a take off if you could hook up.

i would prefer a 460 myself.dunno if it would fit or not tho. but one thing is for sure. if a focus with a 460 big block were a human being it would have grown up in a neighborhood where the kids used manhole covers as frisbies.

I'm more partial to GM LS motors than Ford V8's. Take the LS7 for example. Big Block power but small block weight and dimensions. Yes it does cost a lot but you can't deny its an awesome motor. If you don't like the cost of the LS7 you could even find a used LS1 or LS2 for a good price.
