I've read a thread on a different forum about how this works on the Mazda3. I understand the idea behind it (ie. vacuum locks, air pressure opens lock) but do not believe that it will work. I'll try to give it a shot on my friend's A4 which has vacuum operated locks.

focus is easy to get into with a screw driver and a clothes hanger! lol done it a couple of times. Pry top of the door open enought to stick a clothes hanger in. Fist make a loop big enough to fit your interiour door handel in loop it around the handle and pull towards the back of the car. takes little bit of skill to get the loop to stay on but it works! lol

It looks like it works off the idea that air pressure pushes the lock up.....which ISN'T how car locks work. And can I have "Blondie"? She's kinda cute.
