I think PayPal's buyer protection is ONLY for items pruchased through e-bay. There is no contract without an e-bay auction or similar binding agreement.

Sorry, if you paid via credit card you'll have a case for getting your money back through them.

we should all pm this person and say what the f-ck! its wrong to rip off people on the forums . this being a good example of why i would only do a pick up. cause of a--holes like this guy. hell i'll go on focaljet too and find this guy and raise hell and all focus forums for that matter.

Sucks to hear you have problems almost like me. i USED paypal and still didint get any money back on a junk header, just shows paypal isint the best either. Were both lucky seeing it was only 100$, could'a been worse i guess.
