sport compact only woes
on 01-19-2007 i ordered some eibach springs from sco and paid for them.they said they'd ship them in 2-4 days.after waiting 2 weeks and not recieving said springs i called them.i was told the springs were discontinued and that they forgot to call me to tell me.they said they could send me some teins but they would cost more money so coughed up the extra cash and said okay.i then asked the salesman to make sure they would fit my 2007 focus sedan and he assured me they were the right springs.i recieved them 4 days later.i then took the springs to get installed at a cost of $300.00 and after my car was taken apart the installer told me they were the wrong springs so they put my car back together and i'm out $300.00 to have my car taken apart for no reason.i contacted sco and asked for compensation for all my inconvenience and they not only said no but they won't take the springs back either so now i'm out $531.00 and a set of springs sitting here i can't use.i continue to phone them,e-mail them and they won't answer my inquiries and was told that they didn't value me as a customer the last time i talked to them that they had plenty of customers and that i was no one special.so caveat emptor or buyer beware,anybody else have problems with them?

I say try taking it up the SCO managment chain see if u can better results from a manager or owner. Also try to document the names of the people you talk to so you can pin the blame on an actual person. Failing that, slag the SCO name on every forum that you're a member of (and maybe copy the links to SCO) to see if you can leverage them into action.
or talk to a lawyer, maybe
btw, what/who is SCO? nvm its in the title

wow thats gay, someone didnt know shit about the new focus, i agree BBB there asses!
if you talked to them on the phone your phone bill will have their numbers so they cant just pawn it off, GO GET EM!!

if they sold u the wrong product then they should take it back. i would get a lawyer on it aswell and make them pay that install fee for the wrong springs

call your credit card company and dispute the charge, tell them they sent you the wrong stuff and refuse to take it back. Then after they remove the charges sell the springs on here and make your money back..
