The OEM deflector pops up when you open it (not tilt, but slide back all the way).
You should be able to see it no problem when you open it.

For pulling that other one off, don't use a screwdriver!
Get a heat gun (aka...the wife's hair dryer ) and heat up the base where the adhesive tape is.
It should just pull off by hand if you do that.
Some brands will have fasteners towards the roof opening,
but without seeing yours in person, I wouldn't know if it did or not.

BTW, the deflectors do work good on the Escape, but I doubt they do much on the fOCUS with our steeper angled windshields.

The factory wind deflector is the little bar that pops up in the front portion of the sunroof when the glass slides back. It works well enough that you shouldn't need that larger after market deflector.

And I wouldn't use a screw driver to remove it. It should be held on with 3M double sided tape. It should come off if you pull hard enough. Start at one corner and work your way across. You can then using something like Goo Be Gone to remove any remaining glue.

Using a screw driver is just going to mess up your paint.

Yeah I used to have one of those on my focus, got rid of it, thank god. It completely throws off the lines of the vehicle IMO..........
