Question Off Road Pipe ordering

I had my Off-Road pipe ordered and checked the status and they let me know that they are putting them all on back-order do to a design change. It seems that they need to make them stronger due to them braking with High HP foci. I dont recall anyone in here ever mentioning having this issue. Are there any of you that have experienced this? I wonder if I should wait to purchase it after the design change to make sure that there are no new design flaws?? What do you all think?

Actually this is the first for me to hear of the ORP having design flaws. I have had my ORP for almost a year now with no problems to date.

Actually I've seen the same thing while browsing a few sites that sell the ORP. I've heard of the current design being a problem for some people which prompted a strengthening of the areas where the ORP bolt's up. Actually, I bought my ORP used with one mount broken so me and a friend who welds better than I do fabricated a new mount for the one missing and reinforced the other mounts. It was pretty easy to do but if you don't have access to the right equipment I would suggest waiting for the updated version.
