Hmmm, yeah, if you don't know where to start on a project like that, then I would take it to the dealer (or an independent shop). There's lots of work involved and none of it will be easy for you to do at home with the tools that most people usually have available. Plus you'll get the assurance that if the shop doesn't get it right, they will fix it. If you screw it up trying to do it yourself, you're hosed.
