Angry Exploding CV Joint? ? ? ? ?

Well ive now had my SVT for 400 miles... its a 2002 w/ 10777miles... When it was first deliever i had to take it in 3 days later w/ an exhaust rattle... faulty fog lamps... faulty heated seat switch... and the YRFO update... Now... i was driving back from a restraunt this afternoon and i was merging into traffic right my home... as i shifted from 1st to 2nd (@ 4400 rpm).. when i let off the clutch i hear a loud bang and lots of noise till i roll to a stop... I looked under the car and the driver side halfshaft has completely exploded and seperated at the inner CV ... Also the car wont hardly start ... It will not shift into 2nd...4th... or 6th gear ... Im very very pissed off @ the moment... I dont know.. i think my car is jinxed... and ive only had 400 miles and im already in love ....

That sounds like a bad financial move.
