Don't think so - unless u changed the clutch i don't think that should affect anything might wanna check with someone else cuz when i bought my car the dealer told me if i put anything that was Steeda on my car that won't void the warranty anything else will.

waht do u mean clutch is gone, does it sound like a can of marbles? if so svt has acknowledged the complaint and are working towards a fix. i would get a lightened flywheel for a major increase in throttle response b/c stock dual mass flywheel is ungodly heavy. get a mild clutch also so in future you have room for bolt ons. look around in the forums, i think under svtf b/c it is also disscussed there.
"Offical news re: SVTF Flywheels

good luck

I'm thinkin spec stage 4 clutch. But if they are gonna replace it I wonder if they would just take the new one i want to buy and install it, because I have know idea about that kinda stuff, and also cant find a repair manual for my car to do it myself.

I had the same issue - a "rattling" when in neutral and the clutch out. Dealer began by telling me that it was some sort of "lost neutral rattle". They eventually replaced my throughout bearing and pressure plate. No more noise. I would check the service bulletins, there have been others commenting on the same issue.

Your dealer will be happy to install a non-warranty-replacement clutch for you - as long as you pay for the labor and probably also have to buy the part from them. Most will not install parts they don't sell, and Ford will certainly not pay warranty dollars for installation of aftermarket parts. Installing the aftermarket clutch will void the warranty on the clutch of course, and potentially anything else connected to the clutch.
