Medic! Pcm Troubles!

Pulled a code for both o2 sensors having a "heater circuit malfunction" simultaniously. changed the post cat o2 sensor 6 months ago.the car has only 30k. I'm worried it might be the pcm not making a ground for the heater circuit, thus, needing to replace the $350 module. Has anyone delt with the same problem? i could replace the two $100 sensors but i would hate to do that and find out it is the pcm and then have to replace that as well.

It's #F18. (shown on the underside of the fuse cover)
Should be a 10A (red) fuse right next to a green relay.

SVTuner03:
You can download a PDF of the standard Owner's Manual for free.
The fuses will be shown/listed in it.
Click below, and enter your year and model:
https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp

To order the SVT Supplement, click on the HelmInc. link shown on the same page as above.
