Xcal2 problem

Anyone encounter this same problem:

I plug the xcal2 in and try to run the program...it says turn key on, i do it and then a couple minutes later it says the thing timed out....wayne said to return the xcal cause it might be defective, just wondering if anyone experienced this problem....

thanks

I did not have that issue with my XCal2, but Wayne knows his stuff and has sold enough of these units that he has most likely seen this problem and knows the unit is defective.

The delay in getting the tune on your car will suck, but it will be worth the wait!

i noticed a pretty good difference in high end it pulls more...especially with my CAI....it also sounds sweet...might be a lil too loud for some but its certainly not ricey...i think it was worth it...i dont think id ever get the orp just because i dont want to sound like a ricer and also attract a million cops all the time...
