My Project: step 1...would like opinions

Ok, so I'm planning out a turbo project for my SVT, and while I don't post to much here I do read through everyday. Basically, I don't have a ton of cash just laying around to throw into my car all at once to get what I want so I'm going to do this in steps. By the end I want to see around 250/250 hp/tq, I'm planning either doing custom turbo setup or Tom's full kit, I know ppl say custom setup isn't worth it, but I'd really like to go through and put it all together...not to mention the way I have my custom kit planned out it's looking to cost around 2k cheaper than Tom's full kit. (yes I purposely overpriced stuff to ensure).

So around to the question, the first step I planned to do was upgrade my stock clutch/flywheel and LSD. I was thinking:
Clutchmaster stg 3 ~ $505
Fidanza 12lb aluminum flywheel ~ $375
Quiafe LSD ~ $995
VF Engineering rear motor mount ~ $100

...I pretty much have everything saved up to purchase the parts, but I want to get some opinions on this setup...my dad warned that is going to make the car a pain to drive around. My SVT is my daily driver and I drive mostly to school (1 mile) and to work (2 miles) back and forth. So will the stg 3 make driving around more of a pain?...I've driven my bro's SRT-4 and don't mind that clutch at all how does that clutch compare to a stg 3?
I know there will be chatter, and honestly that idea doesn't really bother me to much.
Second, does anyone have some good sites for finding these parts for cheaper prices?
Thanks for the opinions and I'm sure as I get to the next steps I'll post what I plan to get to get opinons on those parts as well, I like to be well researched before I purchase

I'm looking at the Stage 3 clutch and Fidanza flywheel as well. I found the clutch on www.ultrarev.com for the cheapest so far, and the flywheel on ebay for 338.

I would consider a stage 4 clutch.

Also.... do all 3 mounts ..... you'll see why later on.
You may also want to think about a J&S Ultrasafegaurd.... the best $600 I spent.

if your not planning on doing the tranny work yourself better add like 2k for labor.

Yeah, I do eventually plan on grabbing all three mounts...but it seems like the rear is the best place to start, also what is a J&S Ultrasafegaurd, excuse the newb question but that's a new one to me *starts googling*
Wouldn't a stage 4 clutch be a little harsh for daily driving? In only the 250 hp range? I don't wanna have the car be a pain to drive around in stop and go traffic which I am in quite often in Orlando...
And I don't have to worry about labor to much...one of the plus sides of have a dad who is a senior master tech for ford, we do all the work ourselves
