How to tell which production # of your focus

prolly a stupid question and prolly easy as hell to find but how do you tell which production # of your ford focus svt. *i havent bothered really looking but for the sticker inside the driver side door because its been raining....

btw i have a 2002 svt

mine came with a kind of certificate, i think i might have gotten it in the mail.... not sure that was over a year ago, and i barely what happend yesterday

I see you have a 02, so it is used I take it? I vbet if you call 800-fordsvt they could tell you by the vin#

Yes, call Ford. Even though you may have purchased it used they can still send you a certificate showing it's build number and certifying (thus the "certificate" part) that it is a genuine SVT Focus, you just have to provide them with some information and it's free. It does however take a long time for it to show up in the mail, as we have all learned.
