Flywheel

Got an 03 SVT and im wondering why it sounds like my motor is shaking apart? I was told, it sounds like that because of the two peice flywheel....someone help

that doesnt sound good, the 2.0s vibrate/shake alittle, but shouldnt be bad

How many miles are on your car? Alot of people are having problems with their flywheels, so it is possible that it is your problem...

Mine went out at 3000mi. Sounded like a bad throwout bearing. Noise would go away when you pushed in the clutch. Took it to the dealer, they tore it down and found the flywheel coming apart!!!Take it in, its all warranty!

The dual mass flywheel in the SVTF have a history unfort to come apart or be loose. Peace of mind, take it in for service, as already posted its under warranty.
