has anyonelse have this problem yet?

Ok ive had my svt focus going on almost two years now and for some reasone it gives me alot of problems. Its been in the shop about fifteen times for little things here and there but this last time it was ridiculous. Well three or four months ago i was racing a cavalier and right when i shifted into second the shift linkage breaks and the shifter is just floating everywhere. Im freaking out because the car still starts but is stuck in neutral. Luckily i find the linkage and its two little plastic bushings that are cracked. I fix it and everthing by connecting the linkage pins into the bushings and im on my way. Well it happend about four or five more times and then im pissed. I took it to the dealership in lubbock and they get to fixing it. Well for some reason they order the parts and they come up wrong five times. Apparently ford doesnt make the part and it took three weeks just to get the car fixed.

Weird, if there were that many problems I would have gotten rid of it.

LOL some of us SVTF owners are devote, I should know I'm one of them.

I've not had that problem, I've had problems, but nothing like that. Sorry to hear about it, hope things work out for you.
