I think you should try using the return key to break up the post a litttle. A bit tough to follow.

Borla exhaust - I like the sound of the stock exhaust with the RT Cat. Not really needed because it just changes the tone.

RT cat - read Borla exhaust

Tom's tune - Highly recommended after all mods are done. Also recommend Tom for the tune.

MSD/Screamin Demon - Get what you want... some have had problems with the Screamin Demon and forced induction.

UDP's - Focus Central 2 piece UDP's keeps the stock belt.

Cam gears - I think all are the same, other than some allowing you to do more degrees. You only need 1. Get it dyno tuned after all parts are installed.

Cams - Not too sure on what's out there. Probably one of the biggest gains next to forced induction.

Clutch - Don't know much on brands. I'm going to get a Stage 2 when mine goes.

Flywheel - Allows engine to rev quicker and helps with acceleration. May chatter (can be annoying).

Suspension - Not sure who makes a good one, but bigger drop doesn't always mean better handling. SVT handles good, but if I do anything I'm gonna get coilovers.

Dress up items - Steeda shifter, rear engine mount, HID's, Rims/tires... I like the way the SVT looks otherwise... maybe a stereo upgrade.

Brake upgrade - Slotted and drilled rotors will keep the pads clean, but they eat the pads up. A big brake upgrade really isn't needed unless you want to use it as a track car. Not sure on pads... I've read that better stopping pads tend to make more dust... whether that's true I dunno. I do know that different pads do help.

Quaife - Depends on how much power you plan on making. I see you don't want forced induction, so I'd probably pass unless you plan on making like 200+ whp or do some autocrossing. If you plan on doing clutch/flywheel, plan on getting this installed at the same time.

Oh yeah, welcome to the forum!

The RT cat shouldn't make much of a difference as far as loudness and the car should still pass emissions.

I can get you guys sound clips of the RT hfc and of the ORP on my car with my exhaust. I have to head up to RT one day this upcoming week, so I will try to get that done then.

PS: Did I say how great it is to work so closely with those guys?
