Question What type of clutch to get?!

I'm going to get a new clutch pretty soon and was wondering what you fellow SVT owners have in you SVTF?

I have 16k miles on the stock clutch and it is holding up for now, but I take it to the track and am pretty rough on it at times...not my daily driver, so I can be VERY rough on it at times...

What kind of clutch do you prefer?! Is a stage 2 or 3 going to drive differently? And does a dual mass flywheel have to be put back in the trans?

I know I work at Ford, but they suck when it comes to aftermarket add ons, so you're help is apprecitated.

Clutchmasters stage 3 would be perfect for you, as long as you dont plan on going FI. No, you dont need to go back with the dual mass crap. You can pick up a Fidanza or Spec flywheel to complement that clutch.

stg 3 kinda over doin it dont ya think...the spec stg I is good for up to 257wtq which is more than enough buffer for him..i would think the spec I and fidanza flywheel would be a good matchup..plus the bigger the clutch the harder it is to powershift

I have the spec stage 1 and spec site said it's good to 299/lbtq... works great, just a bit quick on the engagement which makes it tricky to figure out how to launch at the track... but a good clutch none the less

So does a stage 3 and 4 make the clutch harder to push down? I actually do plan on going for forced induction....either the bigger M62 blower from Jackson or the blower from Vortec. I still want to be able to drive on the streets however without too much strain, but still want to track it too. Right now, I street it way more than race it, but still want to go the forced induction route.

What about chattering and the noise of the clutches? I have heard about that stuff and don't care to have it? Is it something I have to deal with or something that happens with a particalar clutch?
