Question Rattling Noise Under Acceleration

So I checked my engine bay today and tried to see if a loose header heat shield was the problem, but nothing seemed loose. I had also checked the cat heat shield that I had previously tightened and it seems fine as well. The rattle comes when I start off from a stop and comes back with i hit the upper ranges where the DSI kicks in. My clutch doesn't feel loose or anything so i think it's just a rattle at contact points in the engine bay. Now I don't have an engine motor mount yet, but will adding that drop the noise probably in there? This only started happening recently. I just don't want my car to die on me or anything like that. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I've also got a 'rattle' when I'm releasing the clutch from a stop - sometimes. It happens fast and it somewhat loud, but then is gone by the time the clutch is fully engaged. Mine only seems to rattle if I start off very slowly, otherwise it doesn't do it.

I figured it was the cat heat shield since I've found it loose a few months ealrier and had to put a couple washers on the bolts to secure it. I'm about up for an oil change and had planned to take a look at it then. If the heat shield is ok, I'll have to look elsewhere.

Could be your fuel pump relay? I'd take it in.

So i checked it out and it turns out to be the upper portion of the Cat Heat Shield. I was just like whatever, since I'll probably end up finishing my mods with a high flow cat.

yea 1.5 K for me, it's not the cat heat shields for my car. I believe it's probably the exhaust header heat shield. I don't wanna mess with that because the bolts are rusted onto the exhaust.

Been there. It's the most annoying rattle too.
