Same here...around 100-110 it feels like I'm doing 65... Maybe reattach the original filter setup and see if that was the problem, and like Poney suggested, do the Computer reset.

Unless your Speedo is wayy off and you are actually doing 140, then I would have to agree with the above posts.
Reset the PCM, and if that doesnt work, clean the MAF, and try it again.

Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 15 minutes or more

I guess it depends on your definition of "struggling" - it won't go past 110 with the ease that a truly powerful car would, but it shouldn't really take that much time or effort, either. I have managed to hit 130+ on the freeway without taking too much time or roadway.

Wow, 110mph runs, eh? I've only made a run to 120mph one time, and I haven't had the guts to risk that again - I'm freaking paranoid of speed traps. What's the highest speed you guys have gotten on your speedometer anyway?

I know when I hit the 120mph mark, the car wasn't necessarily struggling just drag was catching up really fast. However, it still had about a thousand more RPMs to revolve through in fifth gear. 110 isn't a shifting point for the SVT, is it?
