Out of all honesty. The Stock plug is ONE step colder than the REGULAR Zx3 spark plug, so dont buy them FOR the ZX3, but to ur question of a plug. The Stock ones are Platinums, and are actually really good. Some people upgrade to Densos or the NGK Iridiums. I am running a NX 75 shot on Motorcraft coppers. Very good plug, motorcraft makes. Some see a smoother idle with the iridiums, but i say just stay with the stockies.

I have seen that if you go with one more step colder than the stock SVT plug, performance in very hot weather is much better. The only ones I have found thus far is the copper MotorCraft AZFS22CY4, but there is a drawback, I lost some fuel milage, I am also looking for platinum that is a step colder. I hope to improve the fuel consumption with these instead of the copper ones. they also last longer.

I am running these plugs too and they are working great for me. I intalled a grounding kit at the same time and my mileage went up.

I just picked up a set of normal Autolite platinums listed for the SVTF engine application ("5" code) at Autozone... gapped 'em to about 0.053, car runs fine.

I run 2 steps colder Denso ITV24 for the nitrous but ran ITV22 ( 1 step colder ) during daily driving and they burnt out quick. 6 months tops. Remember when running colder plugs that they will burn out quicker than the stock heat range.

I've been wondering the same thing and my research has lead me to stay with the stock plugs. I'm getting the screamin demon set-up and have been told the stock plugs work fine with that system. So I'm staying stock for now.
