Found one I am interested in

Well just sold my Mach 1 and now am looking at an SVTF. Its an 02 with a JRSC, AEM intake, exhaust, 47K miles, silver with red accents. Car has all the options. Guy wants 11K for it. What do you think?

Well considering I paid a little under 11k for my 02 with AEM CAI, MBRP exhaust and Eibach suspension, with 39K miles, with no options. Id say it was a pretty good deal, considering the JRSC.

buy it and love it. if you get a custom tune for it, you won't be far off from your mach 1 in the quarter mile. stock clutch? take it for a test drive, and you'll buy it.

Close to the Mach 1? LMAO. I doubt it will be even be close. But thats not why I want it. I bet its a fun car but it's no Mach 1. I offered the buyer 11K but he won't budge from 11,500.

The SVTF does feel like is 1000 lbs. lighter than a recent Mustang. That helps with the performance.

Oh I know. But it doesn't have much torque and I'm not expecting it to feel that fast to me. Just a nice little daily driver is all I'm looking for.

no, seriously. with a jrsc and a custom tune, people are running 14 flat. 220-230hp and 180ft/lbs (i'm talkin flywheel here) are pretty damn good numbers for a 2800lb car. i think you'll like it... but those mach 1s are f888ing sweet. if i was gonna buy a mustang, other than the 05 gt, i think i'd buy one of the mach1s. they're old school as hell. fords kick a$$!
