Question Should I get YRFO ??

I have owned my SVT now for 3 months. I have read here in the forum about the issues with the cold starts and some boggin down on the vehicles. I've had those issues with my car. Usually I let the car warm itself about 5 minutes before i get going. After that, I never have a problem, however if I do it for less time, car stalls on me at least once. I got the TSB on the YRFO and was wondering if I should take it to the dealer and have the re-flash done??

Thanks for the input

Take it in and tell them about the stuttering and hard starts. It also really helps to have the TSB in hand when you go.

If you're under warranty then no, it won't cost anything.

Do it...the car does run better. And it only takes them about an hour! And, while you're at it, go ahead and get the Clutch TSB done!

Yeah i would just go ahead and take it in..............it's not like you're really risking anything by taking it in there, but you do have alot to gain from it............. and like yakimushi said, it wouldn't hurt to have the TSB info there ready in your hand for them............

It will be better but it won't fix a lot of the drivablity issues with the SVTF. There is nothing like an aftermarket tune to turn your SVTF into a really nice, fun car.
