Exclamation Need help with Getrag shift linkage

So the shift linkage attached to my transmission is pretty much shot. I'm sure I may be able to find a way to fix it but not without some help from you guys.

I no longer have 1st, 2nd, or Reverse. The Delrin block is gone and the little nipple/rod that held it on is sheared off almost completely. There is also a good sized "dent" in the groove where the Delrin block would slide, caused by the metal rod pushing on that part of the linkage.

I need some help finding replacement linkage without buying a new transmission, and I've had no luck in doing so. If anyone out there can help it would be MASSIVELY appreciated, as I am screwed if I can't get this fixed. Please help

Why not drill through it and add a bolt with a nut? I mean it sounds rough, but it should do the job.

NJSVTGUY, are you talking about the Delrin block or a complete set of linkage? Either way help is greatly appreciated!

Why are these wearing? Its a plastic coupler on a steel tip? Tip should not wear?

I helped Sleeper out and have only one more. Thinking of keeping for spare? Hate to have a part sitting around knowing a car needs it. We need to keep these cars on the road.

I don't know. I'm hard pressed to get an answer as to what exactly is wrong with mine. They said they found the part but doesn't come separate from the trans case.
