yes it does work, to an extent. I made my own but its the same basic concept. Really everything they said is true minus the actuall power gain, esp not 5-12. After i put mine on the car felt like it ran smoother, thats really the best word for it. there wasnt as much flickering in the lights, it seemed to excellerate smoother, helped with surging. So you may actually want to look into it. But damn, they want $20 for shipping!!?? i donno if it would be cheaper to make your own or not.

yeah, it really does improve perfomance, somewhat, they have been doin it for a while from what i hear and on some vehicles it reall mad a big dif. i asked around about them, and looked into them on the net, cause im pretty new to all this tuner stuff, they work, but like anything else, usually not as well as the manufacturer claims. its an improvement to the manufacturers ground system that, while, it works ok, isnt nessasarily the best way or most cost effective way of doing it. most kits use better, less resistant materials, and optimize (ding ding ding ding 50 cent word of the day!!) the ground points. it can make a huge diff on some electonic/ computer controled atx's. all around, it evens out the electical flow to the ecu and differant sensors to help smooth out engine response. and it looks cool!

oh, if ya decide to do it, dont use some universal kit. that would be defeating the purpose. get one made specificly for your vehicle with the cables cut to specific lenghts, or do like mxer did, and make you own.

Yeah, and don't forget to change your blinker fluid too! That's worth at least 2-5 hp.

well I have one, works alright, I wasnt expecting much from it. Umm the things it helped with were less blinking in the lights (dimming in and out) and smoother start up along with a smoother run, but other than that no hp gain I know. Worth 35 bucks which is what I paid for mine. But it is a b*tch to install.

I installed basically the same kit, 25 bucks. I only used 5 of the 7 wires, but made a good run across the engine compartment. It does do some dressup of the engine compartment, and starts are a bit smoother.
