Cheapo exhaust another one...

Aight so looking at my exhaust i notice there are 3 sound deadening thiiings...from the cat back, tube resonator, muffler, and then another muffler...A while ago i cut of the rear most muffler and put the stock tip back on...made a noticible difference from 2-3k....anyways i want something that is louder at WOT...what would replacing either of these first 2 mufflers with straight pipes would help me out at all?
Thanks a lot, Chad

Trust me Iceboy9191...the ORP greatly increases your exhaust sound output. I know in another thread you were talking about installing one. Lots of people swear by the power that they give your car, and I'll testify to that as well. You'll enjoy the power and sound that it gives your car.

If you just unblot the exhaust it will sound like CRAP!!!!
I started my car up while I was installing my cat-back to hear it, absolutely horrible.

Make sure you use some Liquid Wrench or something on the bolts. Spray them a few times and let it soak in...then you should be able to get them loose. Helps having a friend with some elbow grease and a few beers in him

When you get done spraying Liquid wrench or PB Blaster everyone should try ,.... let it sti and then spray it more, I don't think you can do that too much

Apples to oranges, my F-150 sounded awesome! Not too loud (4 cats, 2 on each side), but it was pretty loud inside the cab.
