Lower Torque Mount Recommendations

I'm thinking about adding a performance lower torque mount to my SVTF and am looking for some feedback on a couple things:

1. How much do they help?
2. What's the best one?

Thanks for the input.

1) They are a huge help! I highly recommend one.
2) Link...>>>VF Engineering Rear Mount-Install Pics

Also, it's more commonly referred to as a "rear motor mount".
If you search for that term, you'll find lots of information.

What the librarian forgot to tell you is..... Yes, the VF engineering rear motor mount is great. For a guy on a budget, you can also get inserts for the stock mount. These are available at Focus Central for only 19.95. A competetor to the VF is the MAC rear motor mount it is going for 69.95 at New Edge Performance. The VF engineering motor mount is available for only 99.95 at Focus Sport.

In all fairness, you're right.
The inserts and the MAC mount are the other two choices.
Though, Dasaet asked what the best one was.

I chose, and recommend the VF mount above the other two options because:
1) Inserts commonly come loose.
2) Mac Mount, is known to crack/break.

The MAC is a welded piece, while the VF is machined.
One nice feature about the MAC, is that it does have a grease fitting.
However, that grease port is also what makes it weaker.
