RS parts?

how difficult is it to obtain Focus RS parts.....particularly brakes, engine..or even seats and dash parts? i've been looking a little bit online and it seems the only things availabe are basic trim pieces?

has anyone done some serious Focus RS conversions to their SVT or regular Focus even?

im really looking for those brakes

I really have no idea how hard they are to get ahold of, but given that the RS motor is a turbo duratec, the brakes are Brembo, and the seats are Sparco they're all going to be hella expensive.

Where have you looked online? I don't know what your definition of basic trim parts is, but all the external body parts for an RS are available, however they are not cheap. The steering wheel and other interior pieces I've seen for sale. I don't think anyone's bothered with the engine because for what it would cost to buy an RS engine, import it here, and make it work with our cars, you could just buy a very good quality turbo kit for the engine that's already in the car in the first place.

As for the brakes... I dunno. Most of us aren't pushing these cars hard enough to require anything better than a mild upgrade to the stock brakes (like aftermarket rotors and pads).

You can get quite a few RS parts from Ford Racing.
