My Borla cat-back doesn't sound much louder than stock. Save the money and buy something else.

I think it sounds a whole of a lot better then the stock tone. HP gain? Not enough to really notice, it will help out though once I go FI. For now, I love the sound, along with the roar from my CAI.

A popular option going around is to save the already excellent exhaust piping the SVTF already has but replace the muffler to change the sound. Any local exhaust shop ought to be able to cut out the stock muffler and weld in a new one of your choice, be it Borla, Magnaflow, etc.

Another popular option is to cut off the very rear muffler (the lunchbox muffler) and have a tip welded in place.

Total cost for both solutions should be around $200.

just get a custom exhaust made its not to much and for the hp/cost u save alot compared to buying one. Just remember orp are loud but hella kick a$$ haha. So try to get one too haha. The orp will make ur car loud really loud if u dont put the tright tip on.

yeah...$400+ bucks for a cat-back on the svtf just doesnt seem logical unless you just want to blow your money. How loud do you wanna go is the question? There are sound clips on this site, just search...and decide if the money is worth it.
