Rear Hatch Chaffing Paint?

Does anyone else have a problem with the back hatch lid rubbing the paint off of the bumper? Just wanting to know it has rubbed in about 3 different spots. I wounder if the dealership will do anything about it?

And why is my signature not working?

Mine did. Even after a new bumper cover it rubbed. I don't know if it still does it as I have a new hatch and cover but back when it was doing it Ford wasn't willing to do anything.

Mine has it too, and I've heard of other people complaining about it also.

^^ Really? I can see it pretty clearly on mine, it's rubbed the paint down to the primer, there's a fine white line along the bumper cover - and if you look at the edge of the hatch the paint is worn off there as well.

Hatch needs to be adjusted. Mine was touching the bumper from factory. First thing I did was tell ford. HAHAHAHA like they care. HAHA
problem is with the positioning of the hinges. break the bolts loose lift up on hatch and tighten. Done. easier said than done with one person. There is slop in the hinges to do this but the lazy basterds on the assembly line couldn't figure this out. My thing that made me notice it was when I went over a bump or through a turn it made a squek or rubbing sound.
