Any negatives to CAI? BESIDES the water issue

I think I read most of the intake threads but haven't come upon any negative feedback on them. I was just curious if anyone had any mojor problems caused by having a cai (HYDRO LOCK ASIDE).

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it with all the highway driving I do or if I should forget it and get the tune. (Either way that's my next mod after I decide on the intake) I drive 140 miles round trip to work for the time being. Is there anything wrong with having it on all year long, year after year with the miles I'm going to be putting on my car? I'm looking at the FS Cool Flo if anyone has any feedback on that intake as well. Any feedback in much appreciated!

I can tell you that I have had the AEM CAI for a few months and over 5000 miles and I have had no problems with it. I love my CAI and would never go back stock .... and the sound at WOT is intoxicating ... especially over 5K RPM all the way to redline, simply AWESOME!!

Um the only thing I have heard about was a little while ago when someone installed theirs it took a lot of tightening to get it right, he was having problems with a seal and it was surging and what not. SO just make sure all your connections are nice a tight. Other than that its a pretty simple no downside (besides hydrolock).
