Focus + Me = Bad Luck

More bad luck for me on the focal front, i am starting to wonder if its a sign that maybe i should have another car instead.

So far the tally looks like this:

Venting: On
2000 ZTS- Trade in
1. Hit a massive ground hog, causing my front bumper to crack and bending my radiator up quite nicely
2. In efforts to shovel my way out around my car during college, scratch rear bumper, and successfully knock off my passanger side mirror
3. Crack my windshield, along with me scratching my head wondering, hey what is that little nick at the bottom of my windshield, oh glass, now i am bleeding

2004 SVT silver #1 - Totaed
1. My own dumpness wrecked it after 7 hours in my grasps

2004 SVT Orange #2 - More bad luck
1. Got new rims to put on it, spent the typical amount, after having them on for a few weeks hit a massive pot hole and bent my two front rims and knocked my car out of alignment
2. Lets say car is fine, friend borrows it to take some people home, he was the DD and i was not going to risk anything. Get back to my place (rode with another friend that was another DD so i could help direct her back to my apartment) Go to the car, hmmm smells like clutch, oops cant shift anymore. Car got towed this morning, looks like some work needs to be done.

Lets see i wonder what else could go wrong for me. Almost sounds like someone is trying to tell me something... Drive a differnt car focalrecursion, drive a different car....

Venting: Off

*sigh*

So after all of this, anyone have any ideas of some goodies icould do to my car since chances are things will need to be replaced, Was thinking maybe a cluchmaster clutch (opionions on what stage buy?) Anything else that would be cool? Because heck i figure the car will be in the shop might as well get some spiffy stuff anyways now

My advice would be don't let any lousy drivers behind the wheel of your car.

The would mean you'd have to sell it, though.

You should think about a car that would fit your needs a little better. Something like a caprice or an Crown Vic perhaps. Ya know big, automatic and indestructable.

Please to God, Don't buy an SUV...buy a Civic, Lancer, Cavalier, or something the world will be better off without - something WORTH crashing! That's the spirit!

me + any car = bad luck... i know your pain man, im on my 4th car at 19. it sucks, my first jeep was a pile to begin with, put like 400$ in that then it blew up, then had a neon, in the shop about 11 times, literally. Then my passat, in the shop 6 times, 2 of which cost over $1K, and was broke for a month once cause VW's are electrical nightmares. Now my focus, i love this car but it has been in the shop 4 times since last june, first 2 were under warranty thankfully, but the last 2 werent... so yea i know the feeling of having bad luck with cars.

Yeah it definitely wasn’t my shining moment in automotive history, it amazing how true it is you learn from your own mistakes. Before I felt invincible driving, definitely take it ALOT easier from now on..

but just got a call from the service department everything is under warranty!!! WOOO HOOOO

On that note I am going to celebrate and buy a STS.
