svt wheel bearing and timing belt part numbers??

hello guys my svt is a 2004. i cant find any record of when the last time the timing belt was changed, and i had a shop replace the drivers side front wheel bearing a year ago and it is already shot. i was wandering where and what parts you guys are using for the timing belt change and front wheel bearing. and if you know of any really helpfull writeups. Thanks am ordering parts tonight and it would help a lot with your suggestions

I'd buy all Ford parts for the timing assembly. Belt, Idler pulley, Tensioner Pulley. If you're wanting to do super preventative maintenance, you can do the water pump while you're in there, but its easy to change even if you're not doing the timing.

I buy most of my parts from Tasca Parts, but FF has vendors you can go through as well.

As far as write-ups, there are plenty if you search.
