nosiy power steering/rusty brake disks

this one should be fun.
with all the recent rain here in california, my brake disks are rusty and i'm hearing alot of noise from my power steering. particularly when the steering wheel is turned full lock in 1 direction or the other. i also hear some noise when the car is rolling slowly to a stop, possibly from the drive axles? all was fine before it got real wet here, and it's dry now, but my problems persist.
any help before i climb under the car and/or take it to a suspension shop would be huge. thanks guys...

the noise you're hearing with the steering wheel at full lock is the power steering pressure relief valve. you will always hear this noise at full lock, though if you hear it really loud when the wheel isn't turned all the way, then you have a problem with the pump. some surface rust is normal in humid conditions, it should go away after hitting the brakes a few times.
