Finally fixed code p1381 but now I have p0325

As the title says I finally dealt with the dreaded 1381 but now I'm dealing with 0325 which is knock sensor... Could the timing be out enough that the knock sensor is going off or would I throw another advanced/retarded code first... I fixed it by adjusting the cam gear on the cam... If my knock sensor is bad how would I know? Is it interchangeable with a normal zetec sensor?

No I don't have anything to data log with... I just have a basic scanner that gives me the number... Still drives normal and feels fine but I don't want to be hurting anything by continuing to drive it... And I checked my can sensor and all is good there

Does anyone know if the knock sensor is the same on an svt and a zetec? I am planning on getting one from a wrecking yard just to see if its a knock sensor or other problem... I want to isolate the issue
