svt aftermarket audio

just a few questions..

what are the sizes of the stock speakers in an svt? front, rear, everything..

can you squeeze a 10" sub in the stock sub box with some modification? does it have to be a shallow mount?

i have the stock audiophile 6-disc headunit, is this a double din size? i want to put in a double din nav/dvd unit, will it fit?

thanks in advance!

Crutchfield.com will be your best friend. Also a ten can be fit in the oem box, I bought my first svt and it was like that from the previous owner. He just cut it out to make it fit.

The front/rear speakers are 5x7/6x8.

A dual DIN radio will fit. I have an Alpine dual DIN CD/MD player in my 02 SVTF.

A 10" driver will fit with some modification. I'd be concerned about the small volume of the enclosure. If I remember correctly, the internal volume of the enclosure is about half cubic foot.
