P0420 is most likely a bad downstream O2 sensor or a bad cat... I get it because I have no cat... and p1383 is intake cam timing over retarded... have you done your timing belt recently? Sorry I can't help with the fuel cap issue

well i pulled the cover off and looked at my timing belt. imo it looks in real good condition so maybe my timing could be off?how would i know if it was? the car runs pretty good imo.

Cant help ya on the timing one or the 420 code unless i seen the car but your gas cap code doesnt actually mean it needs a gas cap all the time it means usually you have a leak in your evap system....could be anything from a cracked hose to a stuck vent valve....

Have you tried erasing the codes to see which ones come back?

check for dirt around the fuel cap seal, clean both sides very well and then smear a very thin layer of a light grease on the o-ring ive seen that work before as for the timing that code has nothing to do with your belt its for your variable cam timing being over retarded, your intake cam gear could have skipped a tooth (very unlikely if your belt is in good shape) my guess would be the vct solenoid is having an issue its probably stuck open, how often do you change your oil? do you use brand name good oil filters? dirty oil can effect the vct solenoid and cause premature failure, happens to hondas alot

your welcome! there may be a sensor for the vct so that could be an issue too but i would go with the solenoid, i think its under the valve cover on these but look into it more mine hasnt gone bad yet so i dont know for sure
