Any one running too water temperature gauges? I need some help.

I have too water temperature gauges. The stock gauge and an auto meter electrical water temp. gauge. Iím trying to research how to run both gauges. Any help would be great, thank you so much.

I’m trying to run the stock gauge and the auto meter, because I want to keep track of the water temps better, with the auto meter. I was just hooping some one on here knew how I could run the 2 senders. thanks, James

Well, if the AM unit takes the same resistance as the stock WTS ... then you can simply T into the factory wiring.
But if the AM takes a different resistance then you must add the correct sensor for it.

Do the Contour thermostat housing conversion. The Contour housing is an upgrade over stock, plus for your benefit there is an extra threaded 1/8" NPT hole at the bottom. The autometer should thread into that.

^^^ The later years, like '99-00 with the small sending unit. The earlier ones have a large sending unit that's not a direct fit for the Focus.
