By mail order or research your local Kwik Lube, Speedy Lube etc. I bought mine from Kwik Lube off of NorthPark Dr. in Kingwood Texas. The Distro plant for RP is off of loop 494 in Porter Texas. Drive by it every day. Also, TEAM Ford off of 59 in Houston, Texas has it on the shelf in their parts department. You can ask your dealer as well.

I just got my tranny oil from the dealership it was $17 a quart but at least i knew i was getting the stuff the tranny was designed for. The capicity for the SVT is 2.2 quarts.

wow 17 bucks a quart!?!?! thats expensive! The B&M slick shift synthetic tranny fluid is only 9 bucks/quart. Im sure RP is right around there also.

WOW!! So your running Motorcraft fluids huh. Do me a favor and buy a new set of plugs either NGK or better yet DENSO's. Compare the quality of the two against the degrated quality of the motorcraft plugs. Your comment is not necessary here he's asking about Royal Purple fluids.

At least I KNOW that I'm running a high quality pure synthetic. You get what you pay for and fluids in my car don't suffer because I was frugil. BTW there are alot of people including myself that have increased fuel economy due to switching over.

Maybe it's a typo and he meant it was $1.70 a quart. I hope. I know the dealerships are called "stealerships" for a reason but 17 bucks a quart for ANY kind of transmission fluid is outrageous.

I just looked up Royal Purple gear oil on Google and the average price seems to be around $9-10 dollars per container. If Motorcraft gear oil costs $17 friggen dollars a quart I'd choose Royal Purple or Red Line for nearly half that!!

Synchromax is correct. Getrag Capacity is 2.1 Quarts.
Here's the site so you can find a local RP dealer

hey thanks for the info. and to all the people that keep talking so highly about motorcraft stuff, dont knock it until u try it because once you do you will be hooked. you shouldn't use something just because FORD says you should. Do you remember the Firestone incidents?

^^OMG LOL^^^

That's hilarious, My ranger had the Firestone Model IWE's (I WILL EXPLODE) ford was so scared about class action law suits that they recalled just about every Firestone Tire that they put on a truck or SUV. Mine had 27,000 miles on them and I got a new set of BFG's for my ranger.
