We have ignition...which to do first?

Hey, Ive been doing a bit of reaiding on this subject, and havent really seen the answers consolidated anywhere. So maybe this thread will help. On my 2003 SVTF, should I go for the Screamin Demon Igntion System and regap the stock plugs, or should I just get new plugs without the system? Or maybe eventually both (though I have been told you can't gap the densos, if anybody has please let me know)? Thanks for all yoru help. Appreciate it. Keep moddin those foci!

New plugs with Ford Racing lines. SD is a waste of money unless you are going FI. Only thing anyeone has been able to verify is slight improvement in FE with SD, and even that is suspect.

focus fanatics mag tested gains of around 3HP at 6XXX RPM. Could be within margin of error for the dyno, who knows... not sure if those are one off numbers or an average of several runs.

When I had them installed, I noticed a 2 mpg increase in mileage (city, 24-->26) as soon as they went on. I would have left the SD and LW on but at the time I needed the money so I sold them.

What good is a 3 hp gain at 6000 when you've probably already shifted?
Not to sure what the redline is on an SVT but it seems a waste if its the same as a regular zetec.

I dont have any proof except for the Marginal Self Timed 60-100mph runs I did and the SD/LW got me .5 seconds faster and the SD/LW/Denso got me .9 seconds faster than the stock setup. (I did about 20 or so runs)

The car is much more responsive after 2500 rpms. And the Rpms dont Spike like mad, they are very consistant. For the 190$ for everything I think its worth it.
