A weep hole...why would something that flows exhaust need to weep anything? Water pumps have weep holes to indicate that they are dying, but you want *all* the exhaust in a cat to flow through it. The only holes in an SVT cat are the two for O2 sensors.

Mufflers have them to drain condensate.

OEM mufflers? How big are these weep holes? Could have sworn I didn't see any holes in my Magnaflow 4" round, but then again, I wasn't really looking for any that hard.

aftermarket ones don't USUALLY have them, seeing as mine doesn't (the muffler) however the OEM ones do. it's a tiny hole, probably 1-2 tenths of an inch in diameter.

I'm actually confused by the original question, anyways. What does it matter if it has a weep hole or not? If they are treated right, they last for the life of the car...

Never noticed a weep hole in the CAT.

The "lunchbox" has one, but I have never looked at the muffler that close, nor have I noticed water dripping from it.
(My wife's Escape has one, but I'll just have to take a closer look at mine)

Weep holes in mufflers (or resonators like our lunchbox) are a pretty common thing anymore, but I don't think I've ever heard of them, or seen them on a CAT.
They're needed due to the ever increasing amounts of ethanol in the gas which produces water vapor in the exhaust stream.

CaysE;
The weep holes are usually placed at the lowest point at the front or rear seam (or crimp) on mufflers.
