SVT Tuneup Suggestions

My SVT just turned 90k. My tranny fluid is fresh and I'm doing the timing belt next week, but I was thinking about doing plugs/wires and injectors as well. Is there any other maintenance that I should consider at the moment?

Also, how difficult is it to change out injectors on the SVT? I know the plugs are simple but I have no experience swapping injectors.

Thanks!

The injectors are really easy, pull the two bolts holding the fuel rail, undo the four spring clips holding the wiring harness to the injectors, pull the injectors from the fuel rail and you're done. Hope this helps. Also I agree should do the fuel filter and maybe check the air filter in which case you haven't for a while.

I just did an injector swap for the first time, not that big of a deal. I was suprised how hard I had to pull to get them out though.

Thanks for reminding me about the fuel filter guys, forgot all about it. What does everyone think of the FSWERKS spark plug wires?

I was also really surprised at how hard you had to pull I just did my intake runner couplers the other day and I was afraid of breaking one of the injectors, however all turned out well.

plugs, wires, fuel filter. I would run sea foam through the gas before I changed the injectors or just have them professionally cleaned. Looks like you should be thinking about a timing belt now also

Are you suggesting cleaning the injectors rather than replacing them? I have been running injector cleaner (never tried seafoam though), but I figured it was a good time to replace them. Perhaps not?
