DSI/IMRC Issue with code P1518

I was wondering if anyone here has a reliable source for this IMRC motor located inside the driver side front fender. Ford offered me one for a rediculous price (about $300). I know someone here knows a better deal~
Thanks
Ken

Yeah, I had it apart a few times. It will work for a day or two then throw the same code. The thing that really sux is I need to get it through inspection by the end of the month. I tried twice and that dam light came back on while in line at the DMV. I think when I find a new one Im gonna use this one for target practice

Solution

After wasting most of my day I found a seller on ebay selling these things for a hair over $200. Thats a little easier to swallow..... If anyone else has this problem you can try this auction (or if auction is done check with the seller). They have more than 10 available at this price as of 5-23-10.

With mine messed up it made the car run like crap til it hit about 5500rpm. At that point it felt normal again. It sucks having to drop 2 gears to make a car get out of its own way. When I dumped the code and cleaned up the insides of that thing it ran sooooo good again. I cant wait to get the "pull me over" (rejected) sticker off my windshield and get my low end torque back..
